i found the location convenient, especially its proximity to the murrayfield tram stop. travelling to the city was simple. a supermarket across the road was handy for buying snacks. check-in was easy too.
the window opened to the road. it was sometimes noisy.

the building is new. a supermarket is just opposite the building. i found this very convenient. i also appreciated the street parking space available.
the noisy bathroom fan bothered me. it ran continuously. i could not turn it off.
